Chelsey Evans - Founder, Viable Future

For over a decade, I've worked in sustainability leadership roles for national retailers and technology companies, where I've advanced strategy, set annual and long-term goals, created new programs, and reported on progress. 

I'm a seasoned ESG strategist and a true generalist who can jump into new topics with ease. I have deep expertise in consumer goods and retail/e-commerce sustainability, built on a crisis communications and risk mitigation background. 

One of my superpowers is launching ESG work that hasn't been done before - where hand-holding is needed and the working group is a little outside of its comfort zone.  

I hold a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pittsburg State University. 

I live in Seattle, where you can find me packing produce bags at the Delridge Farmers Market, taking on ever more ambitious DIY improvement projects, or hosting cookbook club with friends.
